The sour taste of lemon is sweetened by sugar grains candying through which our commensals will taste the opulence of the most used Sicilian citrus. Since the discovery of sugar as a canning technique candying has become in Sicily one of the most used preservation techniques for our citrus.

Thanks to this procedure which does not require prolonged cooking and too high injections of sugar the citrus fruit organoleptic properties are conserved in greater percentage.

Ingredients: lemon peels, sugar, glucose-fructose syrup. Acidifier: 330. Preservative: sulfur dioxide E220 as residue.

Highlighted ingredients can cause reaction in allergic and intolerant people.

It can contain pistachio, soy lecithin and sesame.
