Tasty and decorative the orange zest of Viceré Sicily exhume the ancient process of candying. Thanks to the strong Arab presence in our island the citrus candying represents for us an ancient tradition which, thanks to oranges and lemons abundance in our territory, became part of our recipes. Obtained by the peels of our best oranges the orange zest of Viceré have been produced according to the ancient Arab tradition which preserves the organoleptic properties candied citrus.

In Sicily, orange zest are increasingly consumed both individually and as a garnish for our typical desserts such as cassata and almond pastries.

Ingredients: orange peels, sugar, glucose-fructose syrup. Acidifier: 330.

Preservative: sulfur dioxide E220 as residue.

Highlighted ingredients can cause reaction in allergic and intolerant people.
