Our almonds biscuits are prepared as requested by the ancient Sicilian receipt handed down to our masters pastry that handle it with patience. The mixture of these sweets hides the secrets of the most ancient cooks who left it to rest for a night.

It is said that Viceroys favored this biscuit during breakfast and they ordered a lot of them to their monsù when they had to leave for long trips. Thanks to preserving properties of almonds these biscuits have a long shelf life.
