The shipping cost is € 5.00 (five euros / 00) for deliveries to be made throughout the Italian territory. For orders over € 100.00 (one hundred euros / 00) shipping is free.

The shipping cost is determined based on the country of destination selected by the customer. Shipping costs will be automatically updated when selecting the country of destination of the purchased products.

TRANSPORT AND DELIVERIES – DISCLAIMER

The Products ordered on the Site will be delivered to the address indicated by the Customer during the purchase procedure in the appropriate “Shipping Data” field.

No responsibility can be charged to Viceré in case of delay in the order or delivery of the Products covered by the Purchase Agreement.

Deliveries will be made from Monday to Friday, during normal office hours, excluding national holidays. Delivery is considered completed when the Product is made available to the Customer at the address specified in the order form.

Once the Products have been shipped, the Customer will receive a confirmation e-mail. In any case, except in cases of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, the ordered Products will be delivered within a period of 8 (eight) working days starting from the day following that in which Viceré confirmed the order to the Customer by means of a specific e-mail confirmation.

The aforementioned term of 8 working days applies to shipments in Italy and abroad, but may be increased according to the different customs clearance times of the destination countries.

In case of impossibility to carry out the delivery due to the absence of the recipient, the Customer Service will try to contact the Customer to schedule a new delivery.

In the event that the Customer Service fails to contact the Customer for the next 10 days or in the event of further impossibility of delivery due to the absence of the recipient, the Products covered by the order will be returned to Viceré.

Upon delivery of the Products by the courier appointed by Viceré, the Customer is required to scrupulously check:

– That the original packaging is not damaged or otherwise altered;

– That the Products delivered correspond to what is indicated in the transport document.

– Any damage to the anti-burglary label, the packaging and the Products or the mismatch in the number of pieces / packages must be immediately reported by the Customer by contacting the Vicerè Customer Service.
