Lemon Peel – Box “Palazzo” 400gr

20,50

The sour taste of lemon is sweetened by candying with granulated sugar thanks to which my guests will savor the opulence of the most popular Sicilian citrus fruit. Since the discovery of sugar as a canning technique, candying in Sicily has become one of the most used preservation techniques for our citrus fruits. Thanks to this process, which does not require long cooking and too high of a sugar content, the organoleptic properties of citrus fruits are preserved in an higher percentage.
